The Landlords’ Association SA began in 1977 when a group of landlords came together to share information and represent property owners’ views.
That purpose remains at its heart: an independent, non-profit association, guided by an elected committee, helping members navigate the responsibilities of owning a rental property.

Who’s the association for?
The association is for people who own, or have an interest in, residential investment property in South Australia. Whether you manage your property yourself or use an agent, you’re welcome to enquire about membership.
Can I attend a meeting before joining?
Yes. Visitors are welcome at the association’s free meetings at Fullarton Park Community Centre. Meetings are listed for the 1st Tuesday of February, May, August and November, with arrival at 6.50 pm for a 7 pm start. Check the meeting details before attending.
How do I become a member?
Annual membership is $100. Send a membership enquiry using the form below to find out what’s included and how to join.
